• Institutional Data: College Name, Department, Academic Hierarchy, and Semester.
• Authentication Data: Passwords (encrypted) and OTP verification logs.

• To provide and maintain the FacultyHub service (Attendance tracking, Timetables).
• To manage user accounts and provide secure access.
• To send important notifications (Class timings, Admin broadcasts).
• To improve application performance and user experience.

FacultyHub utilizes the following industry-standard third-party services to ensure security and reliability:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure authentication and cloud database storage.
• EmailJS: Used for sending verification OTPs and password resets.
• Google Analytics: Minimal usage to monitor app stability.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Your personal information is stored securely using Google Firebase's infrastructure. We implement industry-standard encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest.

5. Your Choices

You may update or delete your profile information at any time within the application settings. If you wish to permanently delete your account, please contact your Department Administrator.
